Acceleration Program: Empowering Females through Capacity Building

INVITING APPLICATIONS FROM COMPANIES FOUNDED AND LED BY WOMEN ENTPREPRENEURS

Acceleration program – 10 weeks

 

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is inviting applications from existing women entrepreneurs and women-lead companies from agriculture, high-tech and manufacturing sectors for Empowering Females through Capacity Building to promote technology in non-technology sectors Acceleration program.

 

The program is open to women founded and women-lead companies which were established and have been operating for at least 2 years in (1) agricultural, (2) high-tech, (3) manufacturing (e.g. light manufacturing, food production, etc.) sectors.

 

The goal of the program is to empower women through improving their access to global business networks, business and entrepreneurial skill development, and bringing tech solutions to non tech sectors.

 

Applicants who successfully pass the application process will participate in a 10-week acceleration program, which will consist of the following

 

● Mentoring sessions and Expert hours

● Business and Technology tracks with respective workshops, assignments, one-on-one mentoring sessions

 

The duration of the program is 10 weeks, which will be implemented online. The program will also include an open doors component in Armenian Young Women's Association’s/ RA Women Entrepreneurs Network’s premises, Gyumri and Vanadzor Technology Centers.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program is being conducted by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation and Armenian Young Women's Association/ RA Women Entrepreneurs Network in partnership with Innovative Solutions and Technologies Foundation, Gyumri and Vanadzor Technology Centers.

 

HOW TO APPLY

The program encourages the participation of women founded and women- lead companies which are members of the Armenian Young Women's Association/ RA Women Entrepreneurs Network.
