Professional workforce development is one of the major components of EIF mission. For ultimate effectiveness and sustainable results we simultaneously work towards in-service professional development and pre-service system improvement. 

We help managerial and professional staff of technology companies to get in touch with the latest theoretical and practical knowledge through local and international trainings, internships, seminars and competitions. Our partners in this area include world-class companies such as Microsoft Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Intel Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, etc. Our current projects for in-service professional development are Armenia-India Center for Excellence in ICT, SUN, Microsoft Innovation Center, STEP, and others. 

Simultaneously, we are closely cooperating with technological universities in Armenia and abroad to ensure up-to-date education sufficient for preparing high-profile professionals for the industry. We are also working to create strong ties between technology universities and the industry to encourage learning partnerships and strengthen the role of universities as active R&D centers.
