"Wave" Youth Initiative of EIF

"Wave" is the youth initiative of Enterprise Incubator Foundation, which aims to form a conscious generation that makes decisions and generates changes, the one that lives and creates in Armenia of its dreams.

The goal of the initiative is to identify the potential and interests of young people aged 12 to 29 years from all regions of the Republic of Armenia and Yerevan and to create environments (in the formats of clubs, virtual discussions and interactive meetings) for self-organization and self-expression.

The initiative offers young people to join clubs covering various fields aimed at developing skills and abilities, make new acquaintances from different regions of the Republic of Armenia, get volunteering experience, lead and share their best experience.

By joining and getting on this incredible journey, Wave participants will embark on their own personal development route, which involves learning, performing, sharing and leading stages to develop skills and knowledge.

Along with all that, young people, being the bearers of the most important values, such as honesty and justice, courage and initiative, persistence, responsibility and caring, will spread these values in their communities by forming clubs and carrying out activities that are directly related to the scope of their interests. They can include various fields: technology, culture, sports, art, science, etc.

The "Wave" youth initiative is implemented with the support of "Armenia Workforce Development Activity" coordinated by Enterprise Incubator Foundation.
