The Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), with the support of PMI Science R&D Center Armenia, is excited to announce the Faculty Research Funding Program 2025. This initiative is designed to foster innovative research that addresses the industry’s current challenges, bridging the gap between academic research and industry needs.

The program aims to provide financial and systemic support to applied research projects conducted by teams from leading universities, research institutes, innovative start-ups, and forward-thinking companies.

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and its Black Box Hub initiative implemented by Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and powered by Artbox, Funded by the European Union in Armenia in the framework of the Katapult Creative Accelerator Program are seeking proposals from seasoned web development service providers for an exciting project - dynamic and user-friendly e-commerce website paired with a booking/ticketing system. The purpose of this engagement is to establish a robust online platform that facilitates ticket sales, bookings for events and activities, and supports seamless transactions.

 

 

Objectives:

The primary objectives of this engagement include:

  • E-commerce Platform: Develop a user-friendly e-commerce website to showcase and sell products related to GTC and Cultural Hub activities.
  • Booking/Ticketing System: Implement a versatile booking and ticketing system for events, workshops, and other cultural activities hosted by GTC and the Cultural Hub.
  • Integration with Payment Gateways: Ensure secure integration with popular payment gateways to facilitate online transactions.
  • User Account Management: Develop a system for user registration, login, and account management.

 


Scope of Work:

The software development services should encompass the following:

  • Website Design and Development: Create an appealing and responsive e-commerce website with intuitive navigation.
  • Booking/Ticketing System Implementation: Design and integrate a booking system allowing users to reserve and purchase tickets for events and activities.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Integrate secure payment gateways to facilitate online transactions.
  • User Account Management: Develop a user registration and login system with features for profile management and order history.
  • Inventory Management: Implement a system for tracking and managing product and ticket inventory.
  • Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the website is optimized for a seamless user experience on mobile devices.
  • Security Measures: Implement robust security measures to safeguard user data and financial transactions.

 


Proposal Submission Requirements:

Interested parties are required to submit comprehensive proposals including:

  • Company Profile: Background, expertise, and experience in developing e-commerce websites with booking/ticketing systems.
  • Technical Approach: Detailed methodology and approach to fulfilling the project objectives.
  • Portfolio: Examples of similar projects successfully completed.
  • Timeline: A realistic timeline for the development and implementation of the proposed e-commerce website.
  • Budget: A detailed breakdown of the estimated costs, including development, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • References: Contact information for at least three references from previous clients for whom similar services have been provided.

 

Evaluation Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance of Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing e-commerce websites with booking/ticketing systems.
  • Technical Competence: Expertise in the technologies proposed for the project.
  • Portfolio Quality: The quality and relevance of past projects.
  • Budget Considerations: Reasonableness and details of the proposed budget.
  • Timeliness: Realistic timelines for project completion.
