Architectural Design Service - Black Box Hub
ANNOUNCEMENT
Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and its Black Box Hub initiative implemented by Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and powered by Artbox, Funded by the European Union in Armenia in the framework of the Katapult Creative Accelerator Program is seeking proposals from qualified architectural companies to create a detailed concept and 3D model for the new hub. This model will encompass both the exterior and interior, covering approximately 78 square meters. The objective is to visualize the space, allowing stakeholders to comprehend the design concept and aiding in the effective execution of the construction.
Objectives:
The primary objectives of this engagement include:
- Comprehensive Visualization: Develop a detailed 3D model that visually represents both the exterior and interior of the new Cultural Hub.
- Spatial Planning: Illustrate the optimal use of approximately 78 square meters, considering functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between architects, builders, and stakeholders by providing a clear visual representation of the design.
Scope of Work:
The 3D model design should encompass the following:
- Exterior Design: Illustrate the architectural features, facade, and landscaping of the Cultural Hub. Visualize how the exterior integrates with the surrounding environment.
- Interior Design: Design the interior layout, considering the optimal use of space and flow.
- Include key areas such as exhibition spaces, collaboration zones, and administrative areas.
- Materials and Finishes: Specify materials and finishes for both the interior and exterior components of the Cultural Hub.
- Lighting Design: Integrate a lighting design that enhances the ambiance and functionality of the space.
Proposal Submission Requirements:
Interested parties are required to submit comprehensive proposals including:
- Company Profile: Background, expertise, and experience in 3D modeling for architectural projects.
- Portfolio: Examples of similar projects, highlighting expertise in both exterior and interior design.
- Technical Approach: Detailed methodology and approach to fulfilling the project objectives.
- Timeline: A realistic timeline for the completion of the 3D model design.
- Budget: A detailed breakdown of the estimated costs, including design, revisions, and final deliverables.
- References: Contact information for at least three references from previous clients for whom similar services have been provided.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Relevance of Experience: Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling for architectural projects.
- Technical Competence: Expertise in utilizing 3D modeling software and delivering detailed and accurate representations.
- Portfolio Quality: The quality and relevance of past 3D modeling projects.
- Budget Considerations: Reasonableness and transparency of the proposed budget.
- Timeliness: Realistic timelines for project completion.
